LZHS Interact 2010-2011
Savin' the world since 1999
Hey! Welcome to Interact! Interact is Lake Zurich High School's service club. We're over 120 members strong and our numbers grow every year. Interact members volunteer in our schoool, community and in the world. As an Interact member, you'll have the opprotunity to volunteer at local soup kitchens, package food and supplies for 3rd world countries, go to an all-expense-paid four day leadership conference, and a whole lot more!
So what are some benefits of being an Interact member? Tons! Interact members get an honors cord at graduation (with 2 years of membership), Interact looks great on college applications, Interact members are recognized with a certificate of membership in the LZ Interact club, may attend the Interact breakfast at the end of the year, make new friends (all over Illinois if you go to leadership conference), make connections with influencial people in the community, and most importantly, that warm fuzzy feeling of feeling of doing something good - something that helped better someone's life.
Ready to signup for this year? Good news! It's (mostly) online this year. We'll even text you before meetings! To signup, click the two buttons below. The first button will take you through our online signup. The second button will take you to a PDF of a waiver every member needs to sign. Print out the waiver, have your parents sign it, and bring it to an Interact meeting to turn in. It's as easy as that! Make sure you attend our informational meeting!
